Some people prefer visual fidelity to frame rate. For instance, my PC is mid so I played Cyberpunk limited at 40 fps and it was fine. 1440p, nice looking settings. I could have run it lower for higher fps but it would look shitter.
There is a balance to be found but framerate is certainly the priority for me.
