Recently got my kid into speed racer. I forgot how good this show was. Looking online, I’m really surprised there is no good Speed and Mach 5 combo. It would be an instant buy if someone like Figma came out with a 1/12 combo. I bought a 1/18 scale die cast Mach 5 and hope to eventually commission a 1/18 scale Speed. Thanks for reading my blog. I went to the Tamashii store in NYC today and good news boys, the kind Japanese staff member told me that SHFSS Kamen Rider weren't there yet. Her exact words were "いまはまだ", so be on the lookout... I didn't ask her if Kabuto and Hibiki were coming but this is indeed a good sign.
Oh yeah, and I picked up SHF Zero-One while I was there. Honestly very impressed. These modern SHF are actually pretty freaking nice. I haven't compared him to my Gokai Red yet but he doesn't feel out of place I may start collecting normal line SHF alongside SHFSS

No McFarlane has just come to understand that a budget kids figure doesn't need the same sculpt quality as a collector figure. The 5 inch Demon Slayer line is marketed to little Timmy not adults. The 7 inch figures are for adults and those are probably some of the best anime figures McFarlane has ever made.
