You have a lot of space for improvement, like a lot.

I feel like some basic, 'quit fuckin moving around while you shoot' advice is warranted. Dial the ISO down because I'll wager that's contributing to your noise.

Maybe have a think about compositions in general. Take photos that are 'zoomed out' and start cropping shit afterwards to achieve better framing, etc.

get a nice 50mm and just shoot with that lens for a while to help you really concentrate on your framing. maybe get a book on composition just to get your brain thinking about it
