Flutter Mane gets outdone in an offensive role by Calyrex Shadow Rider, so if you're running it it's either on a Koraidon/Groudon team as a Proto Speed Specs sweeper or the more supportive sets that run Moonblast/Icy Wind/Taunt/Protect which give it a niche but one that's less splashableIt also doesn't help that most of the things players are using to check Shadow Rider often check Flutter Mane as well
