I know a command prompt way maybe
'rmdir' by default doesn't delete files, nor does it delete directories non empty directories
'dir /s /b' will list files in specified directory and all subdirectories, in bare format, aka a list to go thorugh
for /f %i in ('dir /s /b test') do rmdir %i
As a result, this deletes all empty folders inside the test folder in my current directory, in this case the C:\
