Can you give me a really quick qrd on making actual, proper lo mein? Like, what brand of noodles specifically, etc? It's been something I've really wanted to replicate in the classic takeout style for a while now. I'm trying to create close replicas of stuff I used to get eating out since I can't afford that anymore. Oh, and I have access to and make regular trips to 3 asian grocery stores so I can get anything.
