But I have the inbreeding coefficients in excel for each dog up to Pimpy.
I also have two new metrics to evaluate their inbreeding.
Inverse Squared, [1/(which is x - 1)]^2 That will help with actually demonstrating the severity of inbreeding.
So for example, Mr Miagi, Bape, and Pimpy, have inbreeding coefficients of 59.99% 62.01%, 66.12% respectively and while these sound similar, their inverse square inbreeding coefficients are 6.247 ,6.927, 8.712.

Then I have the Juan Gotty index, which is a ratio of how much of their DNA comes from Juan Gotty to how much of his DNA they should have.
So far the only major stud I have this calculated for is Mr Miagi, and his Index is 99.9936, or in other words he has 99x more Juan Gotty DNA in him than he should for a dog after 8 generations down from him. Mr Miagi has around 39.06% of his DNA coming directly from Juan Gotty, but a dog of his generation should have around have around 0.3905%
